PetroCard, Inc. (“PetroCard”) is committed to protecting your online privacy when you visit our Website. We do not collect and keep any personally identifiable information from you unless you volunteer it. 1. E-mail
When you sign up for the PetroCard e-mail update, PetroCard will send you information about our products, services, and Website features via e-mail. Further, if you request specific information via e-mail, we will use your Personal Information to respond to your request, but we will delete your Personal Information once we respond.

2. Promotions
PetroCard may offer promotions from time to time. To participate in our promotions, you may be asked to provide an e-mail address, screen name, real name or home address so that we can let you know if you win a prize. This information may be disclosed to third parties as required to process and fulfill the contest or sweepstake rules and to award prizes. If we offer promotions, we may contract with these third parties to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information. Your Personal Information, however, will not be sold or used for other purposes unless described in this Privacy Policy or unless otherwise required by law.

3. Resumes
From time to time, we may allow for the online submission of resumes. Personal Information collected from resume submission will be used solely for the purpose of accepting and evaluating candidates for job postings. Your Personal Information may be shared within our company.

SECURITY

PetroCard uses reasonable security safeguards to protect the information obtained against unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure and stores such information on secure servers. However, due to computer hackers, electronic malfunctions, and other events, PetroCard cannot guaranty that such safeguards will always protect such information.

 

UNSUBSCRIBE AND DATA REMOVAL

If you would like to unsubscribe from any of the PetroCard Website services and features as described in this Privacy Policy, you can do so by sending an e-mail to marketing@petrocard.com and identifying in the subject of your e-mail the service you wish to unsubscribe from. PetroCard will remove your name from our database and the Website service you designate. This can also be done by logging into the Account Access Web Administration screen and selecting DELETE and SUBMIT.

 

CORRECTION OF INFORMATION

Where necessary, you may correct or update any Personal Information that you have provided to us through Account Access or by contacting us at service@petrocard.com or by following the instructions listed on the e-mails you receive from us.

 

PETROCARD PROPRIETARY IMAGES

No permission, either express or implied, is granted for the electronic submission, storage, retrieval, or printing of the photographs contained on PetroCard website, other than that which is related to the normal “caching” practices of web browsers.  No parties/individuals visiting or viewing images from PetroCard website, may otherwise, copy, modify, publish, transmit, or distribute the contents of the photographs found herein.  Express written permission must be granted, on behalf of the photographer (copyright holder, PetroCard), in order to use these photographs for any purchase that is not outlined above.

 

YOUR CONSENT

By accessing and using our Website, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time and will post such revisions on our Website. Please visit our Website from time to time to check on such revisions. Continued use of our Website following the date of any revision to this Privacy Policy shall constitute your agreement to any such revisions.
